About TMNAK and Polygroup

Our school enjoys a wide variety of cultures. We ensure they have a presence in the life of the school. Te Moana Nui A Kiwa (TMNAK) is our school Kapa Haka group offer the opportunity for all students to participate and learn about different aspects of Maori culture. We sing a range of waiata, to the haka and enjoy participating in aspects of Maori performance. Polygroup is a group that embraces and encourages the culture and traditions of the Pacific Islands through dance and songs. Polygroup is open to all the students and welcomes everyone to come along and learn about different cultures. Performances will happen throughout the year for the school and the wider community for both TMNAK and Polygroup.
